MediaMonks Buenos Aires is looking for an English-speaking project manager to join our dedicated project team in Palermo.
About the Role
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the production of a big website for an equally big client.
You’re the driving force of the project and need to hustle Monks to meet deliveries and deadlines.
You help to manage the client contact and feedback, and coordinate the technical development of projects between our BA office and our other monasteries around the world.
You 1) look after the implementation of (content) updates and features, 2) arrange support and maintenance and 3) manage rollouts and localizations to potentially any country with internet access.
You also look after smaller things, such as the extermination of reported bugs and other performance issues.
You liaise with the project’s producers and the client to make sure all boxes are checked, while working with our dedicated QA Monks to make sure everything works, too.

We are looking for someone who is first and foremost an excellent project manager someone who knows how to hustle internal resources to meet external deadlines no matter what.
You’re a proficient English and Spanish communicator, able to provide clear updates on the development of projects and knowing how to describe issues and required actions to Monks in other offices.
Your 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or production have made you fabulous at dealing with stress and phenomenal at communicating with stressed-out clients.
No matter how big the build, you can keep a helicopter view at all times, and instead of freaking out, you are freaking good at dealing with conflicting requests and deadlines.
To coworkers, you seem utterly unaffected by impending deadlines; keep calm and get done’ is what this job is all about, after all.
You love (check)lists more than Buzzfeed and have experience with management tools such as TeamGantt, 10,000ft, Basecamp, farmerswife and Post-it notes.
You are acquainted with the basics of content management systems (CMS for SEO) and also know a bit about technical architectures and long-
term development trajectories.
