Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Lead continuous improvement projects aligned with the company's transformation strategy with focus in waste removal developing methodologies and designing processes that contribute with the continuous improvement plan of Philips.

You are responsible for

  • Takes a business approach to planning, coordinating, scheduling and managing resources, considering the future needs of the business, as well as functional and organizational polices and precedents.
  • Continually improves work procedures and processes for the assigned area
  • Directs employees and gives them operational guidance, both technically and organizationally. Drive and coach teams with the Lean Mindset and tools
  • Formulates the E2E Transformation project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing
  • Communicate with stakeholders in all stages of the project
  • To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree in IT, Management, Administrative and / or Project Management related areas
  • Relevant Lean Experience (Mandatory)
  • At least 4 years of experience in project management
  • Continuous improvement and Lean capability
  • Bilingual in English / Spanish
  • Strong communication skill, leadership, results driven and continuous improvement competencies
