We are currently searching for a Regional Product Managers to join our LATAM team in Buenos Aires, Argentina, responsible for managing our ID / OTX product portfolios to support OM Pharma and Vifor Pharma, respectively.

Reporting to the LATAM Regional Head of Sales and Marketing Director, you will be interacting with our affiliates and partners on a regular basis.

In this role, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following :

  • Carry out all regional strategic marketing activities, aligned with the Global Marketing Team strategies
  • Foster positive relationships with key partners, affiliates and key opinion leaders
  • Support product promotion and acceptance in both physicians’ real practise and pharmacoeconomic schemes
  • Responsible for the marketing success of our ID / OTX products and projects, working with cross functional teams across Latin America and on a global level to accomplish business objectives : sales, logistics, regulatory, medical, finance, etc.
  • to ensure a successful operation in the Latin America Region

  • Monitor the promotion and implementation of the brand images in Latin America
  • Lead the development of the Global Sales and Marketing strategies and ensure the effective implementation and execution of current tactics at a country level
  • Leverage market research studies
  • The successful candidate has at least ten years of responsibility in a variety of positions, focused primarily in product management and will bring the following profile :

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a top marketing position managing senior stakeholders within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong strategic analytical skills and ability to see the big picture while still enjoy rolling up his / her sleeves to execute the best marketing programs in the LATAM market
  • Ability to skilfully represent OM Pharma / Vifor Pharma with our business partners
  • Creative, hard worker, outstanding communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, strong negotiator driven by results
  • Fluency in English and Spanish both written and spoken
  • Openness for international travel 60-70%
  • Your organised, results-oriented approach to planning compliment your entrepreneurial spirit and financial-understanding, which are all key in your success to drive for results.

    You are analytical with your approach to solving problems and work effectively managing your time. Your honest, transparent and strong communication skills along with your consideration of your counterparts enhance your ability to work successfully in a team.
