MediaMonks Buenos Aires is looking for new business talent both ways. As a Business Associate at the most awesome production company around, you research and reach-

out to potential clients. You set up the first contact by introducing our company, capabilities and culture alongside an amazing collection of cases, and follow up on qualified leads to turn contacts into contracts.

The Low-down

  • In this English + Spanish-speaking position, you help to lay to groundwork for partnerships between MediaMonks and leading agencies, brands and businesses around the world.
  • Working from our Palermo production paradise, you’ll be mixing research with inbound and outbound activities as a first point of contact for new projects and clients.
  • The projects you’ll help to engage will be wide, wild and diverse, ranging from digital campaigns, platforms and websites, 360 video and VR, interactive films, rich media, mobile apps and games, installations and other types of experiential work.
  • As part of MediaMonks, you’re part of the most prolific production company on the planet, operating as one office in eleven locations’ with an incredible in-

    Role & Responsibilities

  • Doing market research to find new clients and opportunities.
  • Develop new business opportunities by reaching out to the right people and by being the right person when people reach out to us, selling our brand and capabilities to generate worthwhile leads.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities, actively providing qualified leads with the inspiration and information needed to consider MediaMonks as the best production partner for their project.
  • Nurture concrete project opportunities alongside our business leads, actively following up to ensure projects are well-
  • communicated internally and set up for success when handed over.

  • Help our producers and business leads by arranging meetings and assisting in the creation of sales decks and creative proposals.
  • Steward projects towards sign-off and seamlessly pass over projects to our in-house teams.
  • Log, track and evaluate success on Pipedrive to improve our process, CRM and make sure you hit your quarterly targets (leads / sales).
  • Maintain a comprehensive contacts overview, assisting in client relationship management by checking in with clients and updating them about what MediaMonks has being doing.
  • Manage communication with industry festivals and other relevant events to increase awareness for MediaMonks and engage speaking and networking opportunities
  • Spreading the learnings from the LATAM frontier with Monks at other offices, helping us maximize organizational knowledge and (prospect) client relationships.

  • We’re looking for an English + Spanish-speaking business developer who is eager to work behind the (computer) screens to research and engage new business accounts.
  • You have 2+ years of B2B experience in sales, lead generation and qualification, and general business development.
  • You’re a go-getter and self-starter, effectively managing your own time without needing much direction.
  • You know about the business of advertising and production, bringing a solid understanding of the (digital) needs and objectives of agencies, brands and businesses.
  • With the support of our in-house producers, creatives and tech chiefs, you’re confident in talking technology and production with clients at a high, international level.
  • You can develop a quick understanding of different business cultures across Latin America, each requiring a tailored approach.
  • You have the (monitoring) tools and know-how to spot new opportunities on social and elsewhere on the Web.
  • You’re able to balance inbound and outbound activities, focussing on what is most effective in the long run while making sure we meet quarterly targets.
