Lead end-to-end the accomplishment of Service Levels (SLA / OLAs / UCs), Change and Incident & Problem management processes for your services. Who you are :
You are an experienced IT professional, with experience in support and / or Service Management, working in a collaborative way within cross located teams
You are passionate about Technology and willing to experiment in what Technology can contribute to our goals.
Technical proficient in Database technologies (SQL / Oracle / MySql) and / or scripting tools.
You want to make an impact and be the catalyst for IT transformation into an agile and customer centric organization.DevOps desired experience :
Experience in collaborative development using VSTS, Bitbucket, AWS code commit, SonarQube, Artifactory and ReadyRoll
Experience using testing automation tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Selenium, VSTS and Junit.
Experience in Agile model delivering results in small increments is desired.
Experience with Scripting languages (ex.
Ruby, Python, Perl, Basic Shell Scripting).
Experience with monitoring tools like DataDog, New Relic, HP Fortify, Tableau, PowerBi, SCOM, Reverbed SteelCentral, F5 and Nagios
Experience with reports and statistical analysis tools for real-time and historical search like ELK or Splunk.
Experience with using SNOW, JIRA, Confluence or other ticketing and collaboration systems.
