In this role, you have the opportunity to

Become part of the Personal Health organization in Philips Argentina!

You will be responsible for several Key Accounts in Argentina and Uruguay and managing a team of Account Managers and Sales Support.

Your base will be Buenos Aires.

You are responsible for

Development, maintenance and improvement of the relations with key accounts in Argentina and Uruguay

Manage a team of Account Managers

Translates business plans of the business into a strategic 2-3 year plan in which targets, strategy and actions are set to meet the short- and longterm goals

Participation in the definition and implementation of the operational plan to get the right choices in sales action plans, MarCom and other marketing techniques as a whole, but specifically for the key accounts.

Initializing and coordinating all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group.

Drives the performance of the functions in the account team to get it done.

Research the accounts and its affiliated operating model, business challenges, critical metrics, issues, goals, and growth strategy to develop a Philips objective for the account and supporting account strategies.

Identify a strong funnel of growth potential by analyzing contract status, standardization plan, evaluating current contracts, products, needs, care gaps install base, and construction strategies to leverage into deal strategies.

Systematically analyzes and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends for the optimal operational planning or optimal product portfolio decisions

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

At least a bachelors degree in Business Administration or related studies

Proven track record in account management positions

Experience in Sales in a B2C environment

Experience managing a team

Experience in building long-term strategic account plans.

Experience in building and executing a strategy for multinational accounts.

Experience in the consumer goods / electronics industry

Ability to travel
