Planning and partnering with Hiring Managers, Recruit for open positions, ensure process completion & data report and provide creative hiring initiatives

Planning and partnering with Hiring Managers

  • Intake meetings with hiring managers (kick off meeting)
  • Weekly meetings to plan the week ahead and agree on priorities
  • Communicating with HMs everyday to keep them updated and follow up on processes
  • Advising on recruiting strategies (Sourcing platform, Diversity, Talent Happy Hour, Super Day, agencies, etc)
  • Evaluate internal recruiting vs external hiring
  • market research input to align expectations
  • and compensation

  • review candidates with hiring managers (calibration via LinkedIn)
  • Provide Interview Training to Hiring Managers (individual and group sessions)
  • Recruit for open positions

  • Communicate with hiring managers during recruiting process
  • Open job req and get it approved (Hiring Manager / Recruiter / Recruiting Coordinator)
  • Screen candidates from WD (evaluate referrals) and / or LinkedIn sourcing and recruiting
  • check candidate work eligibility and involve global mobility in cases where needed
  • Convey interviews (recorded video interview)
  • Interview candidates
  • Present candidate with hiring managers
  • Input and collect interview feedback
  • Follow up with hiring managers and business leaders on interviews
  • Agree on offers and extend them (discuss compensation package with People Partners)
  • Present benefits package to candidates
  • Perform background check
  • candidate follow up & feedback
  • Ensure Process completion & data report

  • Updating spreadsheets and weekly reporting on status processes
  • Analysis of metrics on the processes
  • Move candidates through WD hiring process
  • follow up on background check results
  • Include payroll starter list + travel request form after candidate accepts offer
  • onboarding alignment (training, payroll, IT)
  • Requisition "cleanup" in WD after req is filled
  • provide market research through basic mapping / sourcing + talking to people in the line of business
  • Creative hiring initiatives

  • Responsible for Recruiting Push (Super Day / Super Week)
