Role purpose

  • Shape and drive the Finance regional change portfolio ensuring alignment with the finance agenda
  • Ensure the future set of programs / projects are prioritized by business leaders and mapped against the business strategy
  • Ensure project delivery and governance
  • Design and introduction of new business models
  • Drives local change project and small change
  • Champion and implement global initiatives locally
  • Drive processes improvements and standardization locally
  • Provide process leadership and expertise in order to challenge, support, enable and improve business performance
  • Ensure adherence to global standards
  • Support implementation of digital finance agenda
  • Engage with business stakeholders
  • Act as integrator between the Finance business , IT organization and external partners
  • Review, challenge and approve technical solutions
  • Lead business architecture and work together with IT on the technical architecture
  • Lead and coach the FP&T analysts
  • Support IT organization on Incident Management
  • Responsibilities Perform Portfolio Management end to end process

  • Manage all project phases for the Finance portfolio
  • Actively participate in the integration with other functions (Cross Function Portfolio IT, Commercial, Production and Supply, HR etc.)
  • Review, challenge and validate the proposed projects effort, cost and implementation time received from the technical partners
  • Manage Project

  • Define Scope and Stakeholders
  • Conduct gap and risk analysis
  • Execute Finance project management activities
  • Validate functional and technical solution
  • Contribute, support and participate in Cross- functional projects
  • Identify business process improvement (BPI) opportunities
  • Analyze and implement business process improvements

  • Support request handling for new business scenarios or legal obligations
  • Deliver small changes together with Partner technical team
  • Model new business processes or update existing processes
  • Qualifications

  • Education : University degree in Information Technologyor Economic degree with strong experience in IT projects and solutions
  • Deep knowledge in Finance processes and SAP system
  • Min. 6 - 8 years of experience in ERPprocess support and / or ERP projects
  • Experience working with Finance Processesand FI-CO SAP module
  • Experience with multicultural teams
  • Lead team min. 2 years
