The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist develops, implements, and manages secure user account and access administration processes in accordance with Information Security policies and procedures.

This individual coordinates operational activities and provides advanced user account and access management support and consultation.

Anticipates technology support related to digital identities, access control and associated technology issues and drives improvements.

Also coordinates operational activities of their region-based team, provides advanced operational support, consultation and follow-

up on the services in scope for the function aligned to, responds to customer inquiries, and works with other Regional Leads to coordinate activities globally, acts as a liaison between the team and the Functional Global Lead.

This position is regional in scope, managing activities of a team that provides global services to all EY member countries.

What are you going to do?

  • Act as team primary escalation point for difficult problems and complex inquiries.
  • Mentor and help train support staff.
  • Lead activities and initiatives related to Identity and Access Management.
  • Foster inclusiveness and participation from all team members.
  • What do we need from you?

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, consultative, and people management skills
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize and succeed on multiple assignments simultaneously, in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment
  • Effectively work with customers and management personnel on all levels, business areas and across cultures
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Approximately 4-6 years of security administration experience in support of IT products or security administration and working knowledge of large IT organization operations.
  • 2 years prior supervisory experience.
