PEBAC is a business unit formed by 5 countries (Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Argentina & Chile) with similar market contexts, trends and opportunities across them.

Beer is the biggest TBA player in PEBAC with 565M 9Lc having a 66% penetration into the casual get together occasion while Spirits is 30M 9Lc (18% Whisky penetration, 70% aperitif, 50% Pisco & 50% Rum).
Purpose of role :
Being a business partner to Commercial Areas giving constant financial support to track the business and decision-making.
Provide support on Forecast Reporting ensuring accuracy and robustness of reporting activity.
Provide support on performing continuous financial analysis, financial modeling and business interrogation.
Support the preparation of annual Strategic Plan financials and subsequent updates Annual Operating Plan and Final Outlook.
Analyze the business against the plan, previous year and recommend value creating courses of action. Provide financial support to the M&E's tool.
He / she also supports CARM process ensuring a rock solid control environment, and in the administration of the overall control and compliance agenda.
Top 3-5 Accountabilities :
Lead the consolidation and tracking of the Risks & Opportunities, capturing and generating insights; including Cash and Overheads
Create, improve, and produce tools & models to provide the best level of detail and visibility to facilitate analysis (e.
g. planning tools, internal decks / packs, R&Os, ad-hoc presentations, etc).
Supports the Finance Manager in the preparation and administration of the business performance management process
Assist the team on preparing and reporting an accurate and robust Forecast pack, which guarantees full integrity of market financials in compliance with Diageo’s reporting standards.
Lead Trade Spend and A&P reporting & controlling activities in direct contact with key area responsible.
Evaluated all channel investment as part of the annual planning process in order to understand effectiveness of the spend.
Qualifications and Experience Required :
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Business / Economics / Accounting, MBA a plus
English and Spanish required
4 years of financial analysis experience in a consumer goods company
Financial modelling and decision support skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient with Excel and Power Point
