The Challenge

Responsible for developing, designing and executing the enzyme marketing plan for South Cone Countries, providing support in technical training to the sales force, managing the product portfolio, technical attention in nutrition and formulation of customers and market competitiveness.

exploring new business opportunities and reporting and solving situations that put at risk the participation of the products in the market.

The Position

  • Design and execute the marketing plan of Enzymes for the South Cone Region.
  • Be the focus in the TOP clients of the region.
  • Ensure a focus on the client, know their present and future needs and ensure the maximum return to our proposals with the portfolio.
  • Perform trainings on technical issues of enzymes to the sales force.
  • Provide support to customers in relation to the portfolio of enzymes, formulation and nutrition.
  • Ensure, together with the Account Managers, that the goals with the portfolio are met.
  • Define and execute the promotional activities for the product portfolio against the competition
  • Explore new business opportunities in the region and encourage the use of enzymes in other species.
  • Improve the presence and leadership of the enzyme portfolio. Develop and maintain the highest value for our enzymatic products and maximize the participation of DNP and its market position.
  • Reinforce technical activities related to the enzyme portfolio.
  • Provide follow-up to field tests with enzymes and their results.
  • Plan and track the recovery of enzymes in the region
  • Coordinate with the responsible of enzymes of the marketing team LARC everything related to : technical information, technical and promotional events, training activities and maintain regional alignment.
  • Coordinate with the technical and commercial team of South Cone Countries or with those responsible for each market : follow-
  • up activities, or proposals for inclusion of enzymes in the PMx.

  • Report to the manager of enzymes of the Marketing LARC team and the Feed manager the situations that put participation or leadership at risk;
  • establish the necessary and adequate communication to ensure the growth of the enzyme business.

  • Monitor the competition and know its commercial structure, technique.
  • Provide support to those responsible for each market in regulatory issues for the enzyme portfolio.
  • Establish a high degree of relationship and network of contacts with opinion leaders and with key clients.
  • Support the local team to achieve the closure of actions in TW when their participation is necessary.
  • The Ideal

  • Graduation in Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy or Animal Science;
  • Master in Nutrition or Animal Production;
  • Knowledge in the chicken market;
  • Willingness to travel.
