We are looking for a BRAND EXECUTIVE Massalin Particulares is seeking for talented people to join Marketing team in Buenos Aires. Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to the development of brand activities in line with defined brand objective, timings and expected quality standards.
  • Utilize all relevant touch points to implement brand plans including new product launches and brand support programs, within established objectives and deadlines, ensuring excellence in execution.
  • Collaborate with Sales Planning, Trade Marketing, Key Accounts and Field Sales Force teams to develop and implement effective trade programs to grow PM volume and share in different channels.
  • Monitor current brand executions through regular field visits, performance analysis and provide updates to Brand manager including any recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and execute digital campaigns to drive digital engagement and sales through the different channels.
  • Continually drive the improvement and attractiveness of online content, leveraging on the latest digital trends.
  • Ensure every market initiatives are submitted to Regional Product Committee (RPC) / Corporate Product Committee (CPC) in a timely manner with the required approvals.
  • Coordinate with agencies, suppliers and different areas the implementation of engagement platforms in offline and online.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze the market, consumer, brand trends and performance, and develop and recommend business strategies.
  • Control marketing expenses and analyze the efficiency and cost effectiveness of all running brand related activities in order to achieve maximum return on investment.
  • Ensure all approved brand programs are executed in accordance within approved laws and government regulations, PMI policy, and the PMI Marketing Code. Qualifications :
  • College degree in administration, marketing, engineering, communication or related discipline.
  • At least two years’ experience in commercial dept.
  • in FMCG industry or digital agencies.

  • Fluent English.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and good interpersonal skills to influence all stakeholders to execute brand objectives.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of the principles of traditional marketing and their application to digital marketing
  • Ideally have experience in digital reporting and analysis to improve program effectiveness based on customer behavior insights.
  • Good multi-tasking skills to monitor and execute different programs and projects
  • Good learning attitude, with constant curiosity and astute eye for opportunities.
  • Strong result and quality driven mindset.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Ideally have experience in digital reporting and analysis to improve program effectiveness based on customer behavior insights.
  • Ideally have experience working with agile methodologies
