As a Sales and Operations analyst you will be, working hand-by-hand with Global Sales Ops, Regional Sales Ops and Head of Sales of each different market.
At Glovo, it is in our DNA to do more with less and your job will be to optimize the sales department across all LATAM markets.
You will :
Define, together with each head of sales, monthly goals for all sales teams in your continent
Analyze the performance of each team member identifying improvement opportunities
Keep a close eye on each of the city’s P&L to take action
Perform all specific analysis
Be aware of new trends and cool places in your city
Be responsible for the entire sales process with new partners to source and negotiate the best products in your city to deliver to our customers
Bachelor in Engineering or Business Administration
Experience working in consulting or delivery companies for more than 2-3 years
Proactive, organised, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
Have excellent communication skills. Detail oriented, strong grammar and writing skills
Socially active. Have good relationships in your city and have an ability to empathise with new people you meet.
Self-starter who is able to work in a highly demanding environment.
Preferably with experience in a high-growth digital startup business
