In this challenging role, your main duties will be the following :

  • Lead, manage and coach Store Managers
  • Manage sustainable sales performance and ensure targets are met.
  • Is accountable for own stores profitability taking ownership for the store performances, effectively allocating resources and refining processes to drive profitability in a variety of situations and market conditions.
  • Use all available data to make commercial decisions based on sound analysis and financial judgment.
  • Responsible for updating, maintaining and implementing processes / guideline.
  • Implement the annual plans of the storesaccording to guidelines provided.
  • Prioritize and allocates maximum possible time to effectively completing store visits.
  • Create a culture of service in all stores.
  • Create and implements operational plans to deliver seasonal brand and product training to the stores.
  • Ensure excellent and consistent consumer experience across all touch points.
  • Analyze the behaviors and patterns of the stores customer base, draws conclusions from this and coaches Store Managers to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Actively monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback as well as any other ideas to his / her Manager on any improvement areas.
  • Provide feedback loops and reviews on own stores and follows up on any actions defined.
  • Secure good communication flow with key stakeholders across the organization

    A motivated talent, who brings along the following background :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as Retail Management. Experience in Luxury brand would be an asset.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to cooperate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Advanced English, native Spanish.
