A clean and accurate database is crucial for gaining insights and driving business impact. As such we are hiring for a Data Research and Management Associate.
This role sits on the Demand Generation team, a group of inspiring, high-performing individuals that are focused on driving demand for our fast-growing business.
The Data Research and Management Associate role at MuleSoft will be a key player in marketing initiatives. The marketing team operates all of the channels that create customer interest, nurture prospects, and help seal the deal.
The person in this role will be working cross functionally with marketing operations, sales operations, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing and web development teams to ensure data accuracy & integrity across all major data elements.
About the responsibilities :
Data Governances & maintenance
Follow data goals and roadmap set out to achieve results
Act as the Data Governance subject matter expert to ensure consistency, uniformity and accuracy of data across all systems including data cleansing, contact merging, and list building using relevant data services
Develop a monitored set of organizational Data Governance metrics, data accuracy metrics
Maintain and improve the quality and governance of the marketing database, in order to improve targeting, data cleansing, contact merging, and list building using relevant data services
Identify, analyze, and resolve data inconsistencies and quality issues with business users and data owners; implement standard review operating rhythm.
Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality issues through process control / improvement and error detection / correction
Assist data management lead in creating and executing data governance policies, standards, operating procedures, solutions, and metrics regarding data attributes.
Manage and complete incoming data tickets requiring database updates to contacts and companies.
Coordinates & analyzes data gaps by collaborating with appropriate data owners and business partners
Provide monthly analysis and customized reporting to business partners that highlight potential issues, identify root causes and improve data integrity and decision making
Work with Development team to create automated processes to ingest and cleanse data from multiple data sources and vendors
Support ABM campaigns by conducting account research and building data sets and account intelligence
Support digital campaigns by conducting account research (e.g., use cases, Zip Codes) and building digital ads at scale
Launch new ads through real-time personalization and sendergen
Support Email and lifecycle campaigns
Create programs and campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce for the Events and Field Marketing teams
Provide operational support for campaign buildout and execution (e.g. landing pages, templates, forms, workflows, list building, Marketo programs, Salesforce campaigns etc.)
Launch webinar landing pages and On24 programs
Requirements and Qualifications :
English verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
2-4 years of hands-on B2B demand generation or data management experience
Attention to detail and strong organizational, program management skills with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects with minimal guidance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great project management skills and keen attention to details
Experience with Salesforce, Marketo or similar CRM or marketing automation platforms
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL
