The Digital Marketing Analyst serves as a lead coordinator role within Payless Digital Marketing. This position will execute digital programs that drive growth in both online and offline sales channels.
This includes supporting the development of tactical executions that support Payless’ overall strategic plans.
Job Responsibilities :
Coordination of SEM channels, including, paid search & shopping, display, retargeting, online video, affiliate / affinity as well as local listing and reputation management and rating-review processes
Annual to daily measurement of online marketing programs, including budget pacing, performance and forecasting
Key role in coordinating affiliate program, ensuring promo calendar communications and acting as primary contact with vendor to manage program needs
Coordinate creative brief processes, aligning internal and external needs to ensure campaigns are launched on time
Support ad hoc initiatives and marketing events
Digital channel analysis and reporting to communicate ongoing performance and recommendations
Communicate online marketing performance and program updates to internal partners and senior leadership
Collaborate with ecommerce, merchandising, IT, store operations, creative and legal to execute new and existing initiatives
Strong ability to be agile and innovative in a fast-paced, test and learn environment
Great multi-tasker and self-starter
Experience in integrated digital marketing channels, including SEM, display re-targeting, video and affiliate
Experience in leading digital marketing programs
Understanding of financial analysis and the levers that impact financial results
Practical experience executing customer driven change programs from concept through to implementation
Highly analytical. The expectation of all team members is that we use data to drive our decisions.
Team player comfortable operating in a complex and changing environment
Marketing athlete : willing to help other marketing specialties as needed and interested in growing their personal skill set beyond digital.
Ability to communicate to all levels in the organization
Strong attention to detail
Global and / or multi-lingual digital experience a plus
2+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related field.
