Do you want to join a Talent team that works hard, interacts directly with members of the executive team daily, and plays really well together?

MuleSoft is growing rapidly, and we need a based in our office in Buenos Aires to effectively partner with management in setting the hiring strategy, evangelize our hiring process, and lead and grow the technical recruitment team in Buenos Aires.

As our Talent Manager, you will become passionate about our mission to connect the world's data, applications, and devices by engaging with, recruiting, and hiring the best talent in the field, who jump out of bed every day ready to make an impact in the technology market.

As an experienced talent leader, you are ready to dive in and own all hiring for our Buenos Aires location, bringing our technical hiring strategy and candidate experience to the next level.

This position is located in MuleSoft’s Buenos Aires office and will report directly to the Senior Manager of Recruiting for the Americas.

What you’ll achieve : 3 months :

3 months :

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our business model, value proposition, recruiting processes, and hiring goals for 2018 and 2019
  • Gather input and feedback from hiring managers across functions to gauge effectiveness and perception of the overall talent strategy
  • Get to know the Talent team and complete a full talent assessment to identify key strengths, weaknesses, and areas of opportunity and risk
  • Begin establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers in Buenos Aires to understand their needs and how to enable them to be successful
  • 12 months :

  • Deliver an innovative recruiting strategy to identify and execute recruitment strategies and proactively research and assess new recruitment methodologies and tools
  • Form a tightly aligned partnership with Talent Marketing, leveraging and bridging recruiting initiatives to generate top of funnel lead generation.
  • Provide strong insights from talent market research and benchmarking that influence talent recruiting and marketing strategies
  • Programmatically design and manage effective resource planning that directly impacts recruitment productivity and can meet changing business needs
  • Buenos Aires office point of contact for the business, HR, Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders on all Talent needs
  • Preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly business reviews for deep dive on Talent performance
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the Talent team
  • Work with the Talent team and leaders to ensure that successful, differentiated hiring is achieved with improved client and candidate experience as a key to success
  • What you’ll need to be successful :

  • Significant experience leading and managing a team of recruiters who are dealing with high volume pipelines in demanding technical recruitment environments
  • Experience improving and scaling recruiting processes
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to back up your decisions
  • A passion for providing an excellent candidate experience combined with a skill for managing internal expectations
  • Demonstrated experience developing strong working relationships with hiring managers, high-level executives, and colleagues
  • A positive do whatever it takes attitude
  • Mastery of applicant tracking systems
  • An affinity for a strong company culture with smart teammates who care about making a huge impact
  • A strong understanding of talent markets in the LATAM region
  • Creative, solutions-oriented, out-of-the-box thinker
  • Experience handling all aspects of managing a high-performance team
