Develop and coordinate strategic initiatives across the region south in all brands and functions to add continuous improvement value to the business placing the patient at the center of any efforts and operating within AbbVie business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.

Major Responsibilities : 1.Develop and integrate strategies across Region South to review / improve business and strategic planning processes in order to improve general business performance.

2.Co-lead, with the CEx Director, the Access Acceleration Project and 1-7-5 transformation while serving as a liaison across functions in order to identify opportunities that enable its proper execution.

3.Coordinate the process of Launch Readiness at affiliate level to provide the necessary guidance, tools and information that will enable affiliate brand teams to execute best in class product launches.

4.Review and critically evaluate the Brand Planning process while integrating it with the Access Acceleration Project, 1-

7-5 CAM and other key projects, in order to improve launch readiness and business impact of brand strategy and tactics.5.

Plan, Train and Coordinate timelines / date commitments for Brand Planning process (1 / 7 / 5) in order to improve business impact of brand strategy and tactics.

6.Partner with AMT members to drive the Change Management Mindset across the region.7. Secretary role in Governance meetings.

8.Lead key cross functional projects and liaise cross-functionally in order to identify opportunities and projects that deliver increased efficiency, product sales, productivity and / or value to customers.

9.Partner with BTS and Brand Team &In Field Team Manager & Learning Manager to execute Future Fit capabilities across the region in order to achieve excellence.

10.Co-lead, with the CEx Director, the Innovation strategy.11.Serve as a role model for AbbVie Ways We Work behavior.
