We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Segment Manager, Retail Banking and Wealth Management Argentina


Principal responsibilities

  • Administer the mass market client portfolio by coordinating products, campaigns, and credit policies; to achieve commercial and economic-
  • financial goals, while providing a total quality service focused on satisfying customer needs

  • Develop, implement and maintain new products, services, and processes to formulate the best product proposal that maximizes the Bank’s penetration in the mass market
  • Design, develop, and implement campaigns to optimise the service execution
  • Lead from start to finish of all projects related to products, services, and processes of the segment to ensure its availability and correct use
  • Review processes, identify weaknesses, propose, and then make improvements in order to mitigate or correct the detected risk
  • Generate service improvements and cost savings through the products offered as well as their operating processes
  • Collaborate with the different local and regional teams to ensure the mass market plan is compliant to the Bank’s policies as well as external regulations
  • Enhance the scope of credit policies and improve products to meet the emerging needs of our customers
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder in economics, engineering, or any related sciences
  • Extensive experience in tier one financial services and their product offerings, especially regarding in the retail banking context
  • Very good project management and data analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral English and Spanish
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships and teamwork
  • Very good leadership and coaching skills
  • High negotiation capacity and positive influence to stakeholders in a matrix environment
  • Advance user of Microsoft Office suite
  • Enjoy high level of execution and involvement
