Reporting to the Director of Professional Services of Travel, the Senior Customer Executive's primary is responsible for supporting the client’s implementation, adoption and continued satisfaction with the PROS solution.
This role can be based in any of our EU offices : UK, France , Germany or Bulgaria.

As a Senior Customer Executive (CE), you are responsible for supporting the client’s implementation, adoption and continued satisfaction with the PROS solution.
The CE is introduced to the client during the Sales process and assumes full account ownership upon contract signing. From the implementation phase through post-
implementation support, the CE serves as the face of PROS to the client to ensure delivery excellence and a referenceable customer relationship.
The CE will regularly provide best practice recommendations, partnering with the client to drive value and increase customer return on the investment through the effective use and adoption of the solution.
The CE serves as an internal advocate for the client, helping to drive support and change when necessary to help the client achieve their business objectives, and is also an external advocate for PROS to ensure PROS enjoys the expected benefits of the customer relationship.

Required Qualifications - About you :

A Masters in business administration is preferred.
