This position isresponsible to implement a management information framework for supporting allEnterprises across the region (including process for data gathering, analysisand reporting) which allows for deep understanding of the business performancein an accurate and timely manner.
Delivering financial reporting and analysisthat enhances decision making anticipating risk or highlighting opportunitieswhile developing and implementing efficient processes to achieve it.
In addition, this positionwill be expected to partner closely with the Accounting Leaders to ensureaccuracy in reconciliation between management financial results and accountingfinancial statements.
It requires strong financial, peopleleadership, business acumen, data management expertise, influencing and changemanagement skills.

Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting.
Ensure optimization and standardization of management reporting across the businesses.
Champions efforts to ensure controls and compliance measures are in place for all reported financial information to help ensure financial reporting accuracy.
Partner with A&F leaders -Decision Support as main stakeholder- and leads in the continuous improvement of management reporting across teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience in leadership position
Proven accounting / finance experience with strong analytical skills
Experience leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making
Knowledge of Power BI, Access, SQL, Anaplan, SharePoint
Knowledge of Data Mining
