Description : This position is responsible for the overall planning, operational excellence and support processes associated with all matters related to IT services in Southern Cone, Argentina and Uruguay.

Being based in Buenos Aires, the position will also be responsible for supporting the top executive leaders for their ITS needs.

The role requires a good understanding of infrastructure technology, vendor relationship management and customer engagement experience together with a very good business acumen.

This role requires working with various technology teams at global , regional and in-country levels ensuring that enterprise initiatives and supplier agreements can be delivered in local markets in a cost effective manner with a high degree of customer satisfaction.

This role will involve governance of vendors performing these services for Mondelez, and working closely with the wider IS team to ensure seamless alignment.

Responsibilities : IT Leadership in country / Area : Provide overall leadership for IT field services. Which is the in-country support for all the IT infrastructure setups.

Namely Networks , hosting, End user Computing, printing, fixed and mobile voice services.Works with key vendors to ensure resource needs for BAU are being met across the country or business unit.

The role is also responsible to be the single point of contact for any ITS related items in country.Own and drive the ITS global and regional initiatives in country.

Also support the local business needs and ensure a high quality IT support in country. Works on adhoc projects (local or global) as required to deliver new technical capabilities or efficiencies to support the business.

Also, can streamline existing support services. Business Partnership / Relationship Management : Builds relationships across the Functions to manage expectation for Service delivery.

Monitors and communicates across ITS organization the observed client satisfaction within the country and is accountable for ensuring delivery of service quality improvements.

Monitors appropriate geographic KPIs / SLAs for IS services and solutions to the business. Review periodically the services with business and Delivery groups.

Manages to the budget for specific regional sub packages as assigned by regional OSS Lead; costs spending is tracked and monitored, meeting regional finance thresholds.

Innovation, Change Management : Interacts with global Technology groups and other countries to be able to stay in front of responsibility area, influence direction.

Thus able to scale solutions and ideas which could also be applied to other markets. The individual will be accountable for delivery of innovation, bringing the right resources together in the 3 towers of the Infrastructure team.

For all changes impacting the Country business this role will help the organization effectively understand the volume and complexity of change and work with the regional towers to ensure that the necessary change management actions are planned and executed.

Technical : Owns all the country building s MDFs and IDFs and work with Facities teams to ensure all optimal operational conditions (access control, space, light, UPS, AA, etc) are in place following ITIL standards.

Act as local point of contact with Internet and PSTN local vendors not suported by the Global services teams and escalate issues for resolution when needed to avoid business impact due to service interruption.

Performs functions relative to regional Video conferencing needs :

  • Ensures that regional video technology is kept up to date as per the direction of the Global video lead.
  • Ensure the assistance to end users with Video Conference needs within the main facilities across the country or business unit.

  • Calificaciones

    Academic Knowledge : Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / Business or equivalent. Working Knowledge : Leading teams 3+ years’ experience.

    Supplier relationship and contract management 5+ years’ experience.Financial management 3+ years’ experience.Project Management 3+ years’ experience.

    IT Infrastructure 5+ years’ experience. Abilities :

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills both oral and written.
  • Knowledge in Technology Process (ITIL / CoBIT) (a plus).
  • Technical skills needed includes : knowledge of networking topology, telecom / voice options, hosting and storage options, and creative solutions around user experiences.
  • Business oriented project Management with change management skills.
  • Problems facing and good resolutions.
  • Cross cultural experience and ability to manage and work in multi-cultural teams.
  • Knowledge of Video Conference technologies.
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish Language.
