Countries & BUs
Carry out collaborative goal setting (annually) with the countries and BUs including L&D project implementation, monitoring of project progress, performance parameters and feedback to the countries (periodically) in a structured sequence, in order to realize the operational goals and priorities for South Cone SFE (L&D)
South Cone countries to function to the defined standards and provide competency framework with measurement process and tools to shape appropriate development initiatives for the role holders.
Plan, budget for and utilize operational expenditure budget for the function while periodically reviewing and initiating course correction where required.
Understand the requirement of region and counties to design and develop appropriate projects and programs and plan supportive, financial details and execution specifics in order to maximize returns on invested financial resources.
Perform regular need analysis of the affiliates in order to review and modify existing L&D programs / projects / frameworks and develop new L&D initiatives as required (in collaboration with relevant and functional business partners).
Design and develop appropriate program, and projects for improving commercial results. Review logistics, plan calendar and capability to ensure execution.
Guide and coordinate the implementation of programs and with appropriate measurement and audit of results
Review and evaluate compliance of ethical standards during project implementation phase in order to meet the benchmarks provided by the group
Support South Cone SFE Lead and Business Excellence Head to contribute to the desired commercial results
Partner and support HRBP and HR Leadership development function for integrated project development for common target audience
ROLE HOLDER COMPETENCE & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Graduate degree in Science / Pharmacy. / Economy (Essential)
Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources / General Management. (Desirable)
Technical Qualifications Knowledge & Skills
Thorough knowledge of L&D processes and matrices including adult learning theory
Various L&D tools / Systems and their efficacy ability to develop training strategy / plan
Coaching and Training certifications / Certification in Psychometric tools etc.
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry and HR management process
Knowledge of people development processes and range of developmental approaches.
Functional knowledge of TNA (Training Need Analysis), Design and development of learning Curriculum, Measurement process of training effectivity etc.
Ability to facilitate, train and develop various role holders including junior to mid-level leaders
Communication skills (Written & Oral)
Innovation and out-of-the box thinking
Ability to plan, organize and execute projects & programs
3 to 5 years’ experience in the L&D and Sales & Marketing Function of a large Pharmaceutical Organization
Specific Remarks (About Location, Mobility, etc.)
The position is based in Argentian. However, the position has to travel to South Cone countries to rollout various projects and programs including functional audit
Ability to seamlessly collaborate with HR led initiatives to create an integrated roadmap of development of role holders, satisfying both commercial needs and growth of the individual
