Position Description :

Operation : Achieve continuous operational improvements for the business, measured by the indicators. Promote constant sales growth by reducing delivery times, investing in working capital, efficiency in the use of goods and improving margins by reducing expenses and expenses.

Reduce Past Due Backlog. Ensure the availability of the necessary resources to meet or exceed market expectations. Promote all CIP activities.

Financial : Achieve the monthly and annual financial objectives of the Plan / Forecast : offices for the Argentine FSD division, Operating Profit (OI) and Cash Flow measured in the P & L.

Leadership : Promote a work environment oriented to results, lead a culture of responsibility and performance through business unit.

Conduct the PMP process on time, fairly and consistently including mid and end of year review documentation. Proactively address the needs for recognition, training and discipline that arise.

Effectively direct and manage human resources for : 1. Performance in security; 2. Return on investments; 3. Employee development.

Communicate requirements / results quarterly in meetings.

Staff Development : Ensure career development at all levels. Identify and promote talented employees by increasing the responsibility of their position.

Participate and ensure the participation of all your direct reports in internal and external training opportunities to improve product understanding, professional training and / or supervisory training.

Security : Promote and support a safe work environment in the QRC of Buenos Aires Garin all the time.

Ethics : Serve with the example of integrity and ethics, promote trust, establishing an example of positive leadership.

Position Requirements :

English Intermediate / Advanced (mails, phone, meetings)

Proactive Person

Experience in personnel management

Industrial / Mechanical Engineer (Not Mandatory)

Planning / Logistic experience 3 years or more

Supply Chain Knowledge

Microsoft Package (Excel, Mail, Word, Power Point) : Advanced

Preferences

Lean and / or Green Belt Certified

Sigma 6 Tools Trained and Project presented.

Knowledge of basic business principles such as, purchasing, material logistics, and other business scenarios Prior supervisory or team lead experience Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary Must be self-

motivated contributing team member Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Basic experience in excel, access, word and power point.

Preferences :

Industrial / Mechanical Engineer (Not Mandatory)
