We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Corporate Real Estate Management and Retail Planning Manager, Argentina.

Manage the full cycle corporate real estate transactional and portfolio management activities for the Bank, and be responsible for all accounting and financial information relating to the assigned portfolio
Project manage the interaction with capital projects, facilities management, legal, procurement, and other internal stakeholders during transactions lifecycle
Coordinate with internal and external legal counsels to ensure the delivery of fully executed and active legal documents for all leased, owned, and licensed properties
Work with procurement to deliver corporate real estate transactions, and ensure appropriate renewal strategy exists and is executed upon contract expiry
Manage the budget and forecast for corporate real estate transactions, to achieve sustainable cost savings for the function and the Bank
Build relationship with and performance manage the downstream vendors; review the pre-established key performance matrices with the actual outcomes to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
Conduct oversight and periodic audit in line with the Bank’s vendor risk management policies; and ensure the downstream vendors are complying with the due diligence requirements at local, regional, and global levels
Own and maintain local portfolio data, and work with the regional data manager to drive improvement in data completeness, integrity, and accuracy
Professional qualification in real estate or property management discipline with sound business and commercial acumen
Expertise knowledge in vendor management, and corporate real estate transactional and portfolio management in the Argentina market
Solid experience in managing a large portfolio of downstream vendors, and be able to convey the Bank’s strategy or policy to align their understanding and compliance
Ability to manage multiple corporate real estate projects with conflicting priorities, and manage the end to end lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes are realised
Strong organisational, planning, and project management skills; and be able to handle ambiguity with good judgments
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, and the ability to communicate, influent and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Good understanding of technology platforms available for corporate real estate management transformation and continuous improvement
