Front Office Manager

This is a highly visible role representing Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires and assist with the managing of the day to day activities of the Front Desk Team.

The Front Desk Manager Reports to the Assistant Director of Rooms.


  • Directs and controls the activities of the Front Desk
  • Acts as the manager on duty in the hotel when senior managers are not available.
  • Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Resolves guest concerns and interacts with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Manages the staff at the Front Desk, including any Assistant Managers and Receptionists.
  • Assists with the interviews, trains and schedules the Front Desk staff, as well as conducts performance evaluations and corrective interviews as needed.
  • Candidates must have a firm knowledge of hotel operations and must have 2-3 years of experience in Management in Rooms Division.
  • Candidates must speak read and write Spanish as well as being fluent in English.

    1. College degree.

    2. Five years hotel experience including rooms and food and beverage.

    3. Computer experience.

    4. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

    5. Three years department head in Rooms Division.

    6. Strong supervisory and managerial skills
