Job Purpose :
As a Marketing Executive you will work closely with managing directors of countries from South LatAm, regional directors, service line directors, the sales team and the local HR team to drive brand awareness and sales pipeline for South Latin American offices.
You will report to the Marketing Manager for South LatAm.
You will be responsible for event management, developing sales enablement material, running targeted email marketing campaigns, improvement of the Spanish website performance, internal and external communications, generating local thought-
leadership and media relations with the main objective of driving brand awareness and increasing pipeline generation.
You will also work closely with the Americas Marketing , and Group Marketing teams, in executing demand generation activity, and increasing number of leads for the region and wider-business.
Key Responsibilities :
Work closely with sales and the business lines to implement local marketing email campaigns
Manage external facing sales events from start to finish, in some cases attending the actual event
Develop sales enablement and marketing material for the region
Liaise with the offices on brand requirements
Assist with the local requirements for group website and intranet projects
Project manage internal and external communications relying on the local subject matter experts for the content
Support Americas operations in monitoring and tracking of spend and pipeline, ensuring financial control and driving ROI (return on investment) culture through-out the region
Liaise with wider marketing team on and in some instances on ad hoc special marketing projects
Liaise with chosen public relations agency on the local PR strategy. Manage regular progress reports and involve the communications team when necessary
Work with subject matter experts to develop thought-leadership and news content for the TMF Group media center and demand generation campaigns
Occasionally support communications team with English to Spanish and vice-versa translations.

Key Requirements :
University graduate with a major in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or Language
Minimum 1 - 2 years’ working experience in marketing or communications roles
Experience, knowledge and general interest in the professional services sector
PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with Email Marketing platforms and web tools would be a plus
