Job Summary :
The Knowledge Platform Legacy Product Manager isresponsible for the overall management of the product and processes related tothe product's decommissioning.
In particular this position is expected tomanage the retirement of any instances on the retiring platform in consultationwith service line stakeholders.
Essential Functions of the Job :
This position will initiate, plan, and execute projects(simple to moderately complex), leading small project teams (virtual, matrix)to success, applying effective project management processes, includingmanagement of stakeholder expectations, communications, and scope management.
Workclosely and collaboratively with domain Knowledge Leaders and domainstakeholders to plan, validate & develop solution retirement strategy
Collaborateacross and with Research & Insights to drive a seamless retirement process
Manageproject scope variance(s), anticipate time and budget overruns, and communicateappropriately any project-related challenges.
Applyprinciples and concepts to a wide range of work in a complex functional area;duties are varied in scope and require a broad knowledge base to perform.
Performwith a good understanding of the product’s full range of functionality and aworking familiarity with technology tools and services.
Identifyambiguities with reported problems and proactively prescribe solutions to theissues.
Recommendcourses of action and manage relationships for positive progress.
Providedetailed review of issue resolutions including testing.
Acts as aproject manager for small to medium-sized projects, or oversee portions ofcomplex projects. Demonstrate goodunderstanding of scope, schedule and planning;
advanced understanding of timemanagement, resource management, cost management.
Gatheruser / stakeholder input
Build thebusiness case, secure executive support and funding
Manageapplication-related projects for the product family support
Analytical / Decisionmaking responsibilities :
Adheres toall firm policies, guidelines and standards in relation to responsible use ofcollaboration platforms and solution configuration
Understandsthe firm’s go-to-market strategy and service delivery models, how core businessservices support the business, and how knowledge enables exceptional clientservice and high performing teams.
Knowledge and Skillsrequirements :
Good understandingof complex technology tools products and services.
Good project andproduct management skills. Ability toprepare detailed instructions / guidance and to manage projects. Able to manage multiple medium to complexprojects simultaneously.
Ability to learnnew things quickly, to thrive on change and to strive for continuousimprovement.
Good teamwork andmentoring skills
Good sense ofoperational efficiency, judgment, tact, and decision-making ability.
Developingexecutive presence to influence senior level executives throughout EY
Good written andverbal communication and presentation skills

Ability todemonstrate strong written and oral communication skills to talk aboutknowledge programs in a clear, compelling manner with a professional demeand
Supervision Responsabilities :
Ableto complete multiple mid-sized projects and meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment

Effectivelyinfluences and directs the activities of individuals in other parts of theorganization.
Other Requirements :
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate workload and multiple time zones as needed
Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent experience Experience :
5- 7 years’ experience in related field
Projectmanagement certification desirable
