Ajilon in Downtown Los Angeles is hiring for an Administrative Assistant to join our large Non-Profit client! We are seeking an individual with at least 1 year of Office / Administrative experience to assist the Organization’s new HR Director.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the department with scheduling, filing and data entry. If you are seeking a full time opportunity until the end of 2018, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

As the Administrative Assistant , you will be in charge of :

  • Providing administrative support to the Human Resources Director and department
  • Answering inbound calls from clients, vendors and employees
  • Record messages and transfer calls for the department
  • Organize and full important personnel files
  • Assist with data entry an updating the HRIS system
  • You are exactly what we are looking for if you meet the following requirements :

  • At least 1 year of experienced within an office setting
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
  • Proper phone etiquette
  • Experienced with handling confidential material and information
  • Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
  • Proficient skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
