Description

COFS (Customer Operations and Facility Support) is a regional structure embedded within CASC SA that provides administrative support to Country Stations, Plants, Ports and CRT (Cargill River Transportation).

The person in this position will be responsible to identify, evaluate, and prioritize processes for automation within COFS domain.

Partner with process SMEs to evaluate opportunities to prepare the process for automation by making sure the processes are well mapped and documented for efficient configuration.

In small teams, this position may also be configuration specialists. Oversee and assist user acceptance testing (UAT) since planning until execution.

Seek and act on ways to improve processes to enhance quality, productivity and customer service. Investigate ways to improve process controls.

Understand robotics capabilities and drive pipeline identification. Support the Robotics COE Lead throughout the project and automation lifecycles.

Developing an excellent inter personal relation with COFS Leads and team and Operations. Be a promotor of Continuous Improvement culture.

Responsabilities :

20% Continuous Improvement Program :

  • Partner COFS Leads with the continuous improvement portfolio to ensure CI activities are focusedon areas of highest value.
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and apply structured and disciplined methodology using continuous improvement tools and methods (e.
  • g. : Lean / Six Sigma, Kaizen and Cargill PPM / Project Delivery Process).

    40% CI Project Execution :

  • Provide support and / or lead continuous improvement projects. Assure project goals and objectives are met. If applicable, leads groups through the entire CI process.
  • Propose potential RPA solutions for process automation.
  • Collaborate with UATs for CI projects in different project's stages.
  • 30% CI Value Realization & General Measurements :

  • Design and implement a Value Realization tracker or project scorecard to monitor if CI project objectives are met.
  • In conjunction with COFS Leads, design and implement a general COFS performance dashboard. Periodically, analyze and report results to COFS Leads.
  • 10% Training Program :

  • Deliver CI methodologies trainings in coordination with COFS Leads.
  • Assess and deliver training needs to potential CI project team members
  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Experience + 4 years on capturing value through the use of CI methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and use technology to improve process and control.
  • Ability to interact / influence people in the organization and facilitate win / win solution.
  • Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable plans.
  • Ability to identify problems and resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Total commitment and passion for internal control and processes.
  • Autonomy and accountability.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Availability to travel within the Region up to 20% of the time.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma certifications or similar.
  • Experience on leading projects.
  • Intermediate level of Portuguese as non-native language
  • Process Optimization / Project Management
