  • Drive better supply to key Modern Trade Customers through collaboration strategies, as detailes in the Mondelez Customer Collaboration Model, in order to :
  • Maximize Service Level.
  • Maximize On Shelf Availability.
  • Reduce Cost To Serve.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Maintain periodical meetings with the customer to review daily aspects of the operation and develop corrective actions.
  • Provide the customer and the sales team with visibility regarding their orders and SC processes.
  • Drive actions to reduce Out Of Stocks in the customer and improve service level overall. Follow up on deviations from the objective and correct them swiftly.
  • Comply with the customer’s request in turns of collaboration, where applicable (dashboards, reports).
  • Provide information regarding Customer Inventory and Sales Opportunities.
  • Bring the "voice of the customer" to the table when necessary.
  • Bring the "voice of sales" to the table when necessary.
  • Knowledge of Mondelez SC is greatly valued.
  • Working Knowledge :

  • 3 years’ experience in supply chain.
  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Service.
  • Abilities :

  • Proactive and creative mindset.
  • Mastery of interpersonal abilities, as maintaining good working relationships with both the sales team and the customers is key.
  • Negotiation skills.
