The will be located in CBS Rosario, Argentina, reporting directly to the LATAM - Talent acquisition Supervisor located in CBS San Jose, Costa Rica
This person will be responsible of supporting the casework of the Talent Recruitment team by identifying and executing analysis of sourcing channels to identify potential candidates and continue / ongoing creation of pipelines and meet recruiting demand.
Conduct labor market analysis projects including competitor scan, talent accessibility, local market conditions, etc. This role also defines standards and reusable research and analytical approaches to support sourcing.
50% Talent mapping / Research
Define standards and reusable research and analytical approaches to support sourcing
Conduct research and investigate new methods of finding passive candidates through methods that includes complex internet searches, competitor research, leveraging social media networks and tools, job boards, and other creative solutions.
Utilize recruitment technology systems (i.e. Taleo, Avature, Linkedin), process enhancements, reporting to achieve efficiencies in research activities.
Coordinate and execute candidates assessments.
Reinforce relationship with universities and institutes
Creation and coordination of open house and job fairs as needed
Work on the employee external network campaign and referral program
10 % Brand ambassador
Draws upon general knowledge of research techniques to perform analysis activities (e.g. market data intelligence, benchmarking leading industry practices and competitors, trend analysis, etc.
to support recruitment processes and be able to influence the business / functions.
5% Relationship Management
With direct oversight assists in developing and maintaining internal / external relationships related to talent research process.
Interact with sourcer and talent acquisition team in CBS

Utilize established processes to ensure compliance through consistent and accurate results by : Tracking prospects through appropriate recruitment tools (i.

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of experience in recruiting end to end process and sourcing techniques
Previous exposure to proactive sourcing or pipelining candidates
Awareness of industry and labor market trends
Ability to gather, analyze and interpret data and present in a professional manner
Awareness of employment law and diversity recruiting strategies
Experience in data mining and lead generation
Experience with a recruiting systems such as Taleo, Avature, linkedin etc
Experience using social media and job board for recruiting purposes such as ZonaJobs and Bumeran
Flexibility / adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, where priorities and timelines often shift
Ability to pay attention to detail, manage multiple priorities and multi-task
Solid organizational skills and detail orientation
Strong process management skills that ensure consistent quality of service delivery
Professional language proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Ability to travel up to 15% internally and 5% offshore
Knowledge of country specific employment laws
Previous experience with Avature or Taleo
This position will be a 1 year contract with the possibility of being extended.
