Description Comprehensive control of equipment plant, focused on zero losses and ensuring the availability and reliability of assets. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the maintenance strategy defined for Victoria Plant.
  • Delineate and fulfill the plan of corrective and preventive maintenance to reduce levels of breaks in production lines.
  • Responsible for generating and doing economic calculation, execution and monitoring of investment projects in the site.
  • Manage the maintenance budget, proposing alternative solutions to reduce the cost of maintenance. Participate in the monthly cost control.
  • Design KPI targets / KAI regarding performance, maintenance costs and manufacturing capabilities, related to performance, cost and capabilities in Utilities / Building.
  • Reduce spare part inventory by local resourcing of spares and identify critical spares to maintain availability and reliability of the machines and equipment.
  • Implementation IL6S master plan. Lead and development of capabilities in progressive maintenance pillar.
  • Ensure effective implementation IL6S PM Methodologies, tools and systems, first on the Model line, and replicate the same on the other lines of the business to achieve the Plant CBN.
  • Identify training needs for the PM team through skills matrix and support training programs to meet learning outcomes. Work with pillar members to train and develop the individuals on specific pillar tools / system.
  • Fulfill with regulations and procedures relating to HSE.
  • Fulfill with regulations and procedures relating to quality.
  • Fulfill and Effectiveness of plans TBM, CBM, Calibrations.
  • Ensure safe workplace including identification of known risks and controls and escalation of larger issues through Behavior based safety system regularly.
  • Academic Knowledge

  • Bachelor Degree, MBA preferred. Working Knowledge
  • At least 5 years of general maintenance experience in large multinational companies required.
  • Handling and application off WCM / TPM / LEAN manufacture.
  • Knowledge in international standards : OHSAS 18001 / HACCP / GMP / FSSC 22000 / ISO9000 / 14000.
  • Knowledge in HSE systems.
  • Experience in union management in plants (desirable)
  • Competencies & Abilities

  • General technical expertise in maintenance, HS&E, Quality, Food defense, IL6S, Team Work, Communication, RR.LL, KPI management.
  • High complexity due to technologies, product changes, people skills and commitment.
  • Ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
