IS Analyst (SAP) RISE TO THE CHALLENGEAs member of SAP Support Team you will support SAP users across Latin America & Canada region by responding to their queries and requests related to the usage of the Regional SAP ERP system. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO
Understand the IS Service delivery model, IS processes and IS portfolio of solutions.
Provide IS advice and assistance to customers to enable them in executing day to day activities in SAP system
Support in the design, build and deployment of IS solutions or IS processes and / or delivery of IS services by working closely with relevant functional teams.
Create and maintain systems / services documentations, training programs / materials, operating manuals within assigned scope.
Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services. QUALIFICATIONS
University degree or currently studying Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
Strong communication, flexible, analytical, problem solving and customer oriented skills.
At least 1-2 years in SAP working experience.
Ideally Finance or Sales module.
Fluent level of English, spoken and written, is a must
Portuguese or French is a plus.
