EY is looking for a Junior Payroll Analyst!
What are you going to do?
Responsible for the end toend payroll processing for multiple clients including year-end.
Maintain payroll informationby collecting and entering / uploading data.
Updates payroll records byentering changes in components e.g. but not limited exemptions, insurancecoverage, savings deductions, and job title and department / division transfers.
Prepares / extracts payrollreports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave,disability, and nontaxable wages.
Determines payrollliabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and socialsecurity taxes and other statutory payments as required.
Resolves payrolldiscrepancies / queries by collecting and analyzing information.
Analyses payroll informationso as to answer questions and requests.
Maintains payroll operationsby following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains employeeconfidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effortby accomplishing related results as needed.
Adhoc reporting and otherduties as required

Experience using large ERPsystem will be advantageous but not essential
Intermediated to advancedexcel skills
