Work location : Olivos (zona norte GBA) JOB DESCRIPTION The Sales Force Effectiveness Associate will be responsible for the analysis of the Sales Force Operation Activity, performance tracking and CRM administration.
This role will be in continuous interaction with the Sales and Business Unit Team and support them on all the related areas.
It will also be expected to identify key opportunity areas, provide recommendations & implement creative solutions. Main Responsibility areas : Segmentation and Targeting Sales Force Sizing & Deployment Sales Incentive & Compensation Schemes (development and administration) Veeva CRM Administration & implementation Sales Force Performance measurement KPIs Dashboards & Reports Database Management SFE training Requirements Bachelor’s degree (preferably in economics, business administration or related areas) 2
