The Role

Recognised as a leading Latin America MNO and a wider Affinity sector expert contributing to the development and execution of the agreed business strategy within and as a part of the overall Affinity and CRB strategies.

Leads and manages through others the Affinity functional team in both sales and back office as appropriate.

Responsible for delivering agreed Affinity Budgets (Revenues and Costs)

Plans, leads and executes complex sales and client management process, leading colleagues in the sales process to identify and develop and prioritise opportunities, manages the sales pipeline and delivers new business wins aligned to the Affinity Strategy target business model.

The Requirements

  • Must be a fluent speaker and able to communicate in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
  • Will have worked in a multi-cultural environment with working experience in other countries.
  • A proven hands on Leader
  • Direct first hand sales skills achieved at a senior level in the MNO segment in LatAm
  • Strong Sales, Negotiation, Presentation and Inter Personal skills at an international level
  • The ability to communicate clearly and influence at an international level
  • Capacity to work collaboratively, influencing drivers stake holder groups, and working as part of a wider multi-discipline management group in a matrix environment.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated, resilient, passionate and energetic
  • Project Management skills, with a general knowledge of system and process requirements
  • Ability to challenge and influence

  • A business leader with management skills obtained through holding senior positions in firms operating with the Affinity concept in related sectors and specifically in a Senior Sales role in the MNO Segment in LatAm
  • A track record of strategy formulation and leadership of execution
  • A good, first hand working experience of the LatAm and international Affinity space and knowledge of the wider sector trends, opportunities and threats
  • A good strategist and ability to think strategically
  • The ability to command respect and demonstrate leadership
  • The position can be based in Argentina or Chile.
