Description : Accountable for driving the organization compensation strategies and managing programs and processes consistently with Southern Cone business context and with external environment, towards attracting and rewarding talented people.

Responsible for managing policies, activities and functions related to employee’s compensations and benefits at an area level according to regional standards, to guarantee and provide to the employees and to the Company itself a competitive and attractive Total compensation and benefits package that contribute to Mondelez strategy of becoming an employer-

of-choice. Responsibilities :

  • Promoting internal consistency and external competitiveness in the different levels, by setting up and directing implementation of compensation strategies and plans, defining salary structure in line with organization model.
  • Ensure a motivating and productive environment through the implementation of fair variable compensation and total compensation, making sure it s aligned with regional and global guidance.
  • Act as counsel to line-executives on a broad array of employee related strategies and issues.
  • Sustain the annual compensation programs and long-term incentives, defining the required corporate budget.
  • Develop and communicate corporate salary policies nationwide.
  • Support LA s Human Resources key initiatives.
  • Develop and Implement local and regional communication of Compensations & Benefits programs (such as stock option, MIP, Special Bonus, etc) at an area level ensuring their alignment with MDLZ.
  • Plan total compensation administration of Southern Cone Area employees by designing a salary structure and contributing to job grades definition that contemplates and rewards employees competitively and ensuring an internal equity.
  • Review costs and affordability in partnership with MBS of all benefits programs such as Pension Plan, EAP, Company car, and others to ensure the proper functioning, operation and long-
  • term financial health controlling.

  • Be responsible for the benefits exception management and consistently.
  • Act like focal point for Compensation for Southern Cone Area HRBLs to support about regional compensation policies, practices, programs, proposal, salary offers, Hay job Evaluation, etc.
  • Be the Compensation representative for Southern Cone compensation key decisions, such as annual salary increases, budget, benefits exceptions assessment.
  • Support main executive’s terminations processes criteria and agreements in order to mitigate future labor risks.
  • Lead the Annual budget process providing the right info and right assumptions for both compensation and benefits.
  • Make different analysis to ensure a competitive compensation package offered to Mondelez Cono Sur employees by coordinating and developing salary surveys and specific compensation studies.
  • Qualifications

    Academic Knowledge : Graduate degree in engineering, business, economy, human relations, finance or relatd.

    Working Knowledge : Strong business experience gained 10 years in a multinational company as HR management position.Negotiation of labor agreements.

    Influencing the organization in a change management environment.Direct strategies and define actions in a matrixed and multi-

    cultural organization. Abilities :

  • Knowledge of all HR strategies and functions such as C&B, Labor Relations, Payroll processes and others.
  • Ability to demonstrate MDLZ's values.
  • Leadership to influence Directors, General Manager and line-managers in the organization.
  • Strong business vision.
