The Health Economics and Market Access Center of Excellence (HEMA CoE) was recently established to develop differentiated evidence, support non-
clinical value propositions and build an evidence based culture across the company. These projects will support the CoE’s efforts to articulate the value of important innovation and shape the market to drive access for patients and growth for the organization.
This is done through a shared approach - understanding bottlenecks, critically assessing clinical and health economic evidence, modeling the impact of our technologies, and translating the knowledge in a way to influence internal and external partners.

You will lead the implementation of health economics, market access and reimbursement plans and strategies for prioritized products and countries in global, regional and local markets.
You will provide macroeconomic, health economics, epidemiologic, business insight, inputs and market analysis outputs as appropriate for new business development opportunities.
You will create, craft and source economic and marketing instruments for coordinated delivery to clients and key decision makers.
You will deploy and communicate clinical and economic value propositions for key products / new technologies based on evidence.
You will participate in / support a number of global projects and / or process improvement initiatives.
Implements global health economic and outcomes research tactics that develop substantiate and communicate the value of new products, licensing opportunities and leading marketed products through collaboration with dynamic regional teams.
Assess reimbursement environment and market access barriers for new products and procedures.
Lead Evidence Generation Strategy and Real World Evidence initiatives.
You will train people and provide mentorship in product- or technology-specific value propositions, HE / EBM / market access concepts and methodology.

University / Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent; Master’s degree in Health Economics, Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Public Institution’s Management or MBA / MPH.
Requires 3 5 years’ experience dedicated to related positions.
Good analytical skills to analyse and interpret economic evaluation of healthcare modelling.
Knowledge of different Health Care Systems.
Deep understanding of evidence-based medicine (EBM) concepts. Evidence Gap analysis capabilities. Evidence search and revision abilities.
Expertise in Excel
You should be an excellent teammate, who takes initiative and collaborates well with internal / external partners
Proficiency in data management / mining solutions is a huge plus
Proficiency in English (oral and written).
