Marvell is looking for a talented full lifecycle, Recruiter and Talent Acquisition partner to our team. This recruiter will work across various business units to hire in the best talent for roles in engineering and other groups as needed.

This role will not only partner with the University Recruiting Team to nurture and develop talent for full time roles but also Senior Technical Recruiters to collaborate and work on regional recruitment projects.Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage the candidate pipeline and communication both internal & external.
  • Manage Full-Time (and Interns) recruiting for various business units (primarily technical)
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process and working within the hiring process. Responsibilities include, but not limited to managing candidates through interviews, feedback, & selection process;
  • partnering with hiring managers; preparing compensation analysis, partnering with other HR functional groups, to close of candidate.

  • Planning and coordinating university recruiting events as neededRequirements : 3+ years’ experience as a Recruiter hiring for G&A, technical and non-technical roles.
  • Knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.

    Ability to communicate in spoken and written English with teams in other geographical locationsBachelors degree in Human Resources or related fields Preferences Prior experience recruiting for roles within Engineering, IT, Semiconductor Prior agency and / or technical industry experience Prior experience supporting recruitment for domestic and international roles Prior experience utilizing Workday ATS Strong sourcing experience The PerksWith competitive compensation and great benefits, you will enjoy our workstyle within an incredible culture.
