Requirements : We are seeking a Social Media Strategist & Designer with Social Media Platform and content design, who will lead the Social Media content and engagement of the brand.

Being a start-up, this role is an amazing opportunity to be the key player for the brand. Our small team consists of passionate and kind individuals who are ROI and results driven and independent self-starters and know where to place their focus for brand growth.

We want someone who will fit in with our happy, passionate, creative and high performing team and wants to be part of a rapidly growing fashion brand in New York City.

You will learn a lot and work directly with the CEO. We are seeking a driven self-starter who will help lead the Instrgram, TikTok and other Social Media platform design vision for the brand that imprints into IT a digital marketing and branding perspective.

Everything you create, tells a story and has to sell to the audience.Experience can be overlooked but you will need to be a fast learner, that can catch-up quickly and adapt in the fast paced e-commerce marketing space.

E-commerce, social media and online marketing trends are rapidly changing, day to day from every algorithm to platform to culture to mass market.

As one piece of current news can change everything, (influencer posted something that caused a viral sensation, social causes, selling techniques, platform / technology changes) you have to be able to adjust your strategy and ideas on the fly, according to the market.

Requirements : 2- years of experience working with social media platforms in a professional setting.Strong research and strategy skills and abilityStrong graphic design skillsStrong copywriting skillsStrong written and verbal English skillsAbility to work independently and autonomouslyAbility to collaborate with othersAbility to multitask and prioritizeWe emphasize importance here on professional and personal growth.

Anything you may be lacking in hard-skills can and will be improved / learned on .Responsibilities : Social Media Content : (50%)Designing Stories for our Instagram and Facebook platformsDesigning graphics for our Instagram and Facebook platformsWriting clever and engaging captions for each postDeveloping themes and large concepts for social media platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest)Designing the layout for Social Media PlatformsUploading posts to all social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and PinterestEngaging on comments from followers with responses and reactionsRevenue-Based Analysis : (%)Analyzing data from Social Media posts to determine effectiveness and engagementUse analysis to determine ROI for each Social Media PlatformResearch / Strategy : (25%)Research trends in our industry and on all social media platforms to ensure we are posting relevant and engaging contentStrategize ways to improve engagement on social media platformsResearch upcoming platforms and platform updates to determine how we can adjust and increase engagementStrategize the best themes to market our brand effectively and connect with consumersLeadership / Collaboration : (10%)Whether you are leading a department, overseeing others, or none of the above, the ability to take the lead on your projects is essential to working here.

Leading constructive solution research for problems that arise; Try to find a solution first, then share those findings with the team.

Collaborate on assignments with team members, especially in the conceptual stages of a project.Collaborate with and get feedback from the team when a project is completed / near completion.

Benefits : Job Type : Full-timeM-F 9 : 00-6PM (Working hours flexible; we don't require you to be on the dot at work).Compensation & Benefits : Starting Salary : low range- high range in USD (Negotiable)Salary pay is performance based.
