Job Purpose and Impact
The Project Aministrator will help design, communicate, and implement an operational plan to complete an engineering-based and IT projects.
We seek a professional who will help monitor progress and performance of the project plan, taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
Help monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
Help plan, monitor and lead internal projects from initiation through completion.
Regularly help measure and monitor project progress to identify variances from the plan.
Handle basic issues and problems with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Proactive, high level of coordination and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Advanced English level B2+
Minimum of 1 year of related work experience in IT projects
Proficiency in Office (Excel strong abilities)
Experience in Project Environment
Intermediate Portuguese level
Exposure to tools such as MyPPM / Clarizen / Azure / Jira
CSM / CSPO / PMP Certification
Experience in shared services environment
