A leader in multilingual translation services is seeking an English-native speaker for a full-time Account Manager / Sales Representative position to handle new leads, develop prospects and manage loyal recurring customers.

This inside sales position is available for our regional office based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Responsibilities :

  • Proactively look for new customers.
  • Develop clients base through research and proactive follow-up.
  • Explain our service offerings to clients and provide advice on the best type of service according to our clients' specific needs.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service by ensuring client satisfaction (Processing of sales and post service tasks).
  • Management of recurring customers.
  • Other related duties as required.
  • Qualifications :

  • A highly motivated person with a positive learning attitude.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • 1-3 years experience in client interaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Very analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to set priorities and to monitor the progress of multiple concurrent prospect and client engagements.
  • Ability to multi-task.
