Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, if required, and other customary conditions and approvals.

Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health and your employment would be governed by New Consumer Health’s employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.

In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules appointments for a large territory / client base and meets with new and existing customers, seeking to expand the business' market share
  • Provides information and support as required to secure sales
  • Organizes support from other departments as needed to assist in achieving objectives
  • Identifies gaps in support and notifies management
  • Develops sales of new products and searches for new areas in which to sell existing products
  • Review past trends and sales to customers in order to gain future sales
  • Prepares reports detailing sales activities and identifying issues that need to be addressed
  • Provides recommendations for addressing issues where possible
  • Informs company of activities or competitive intelligence in the field to assist in business and product planning
  • Reviews own sales performance against objectives and adjusts focus as indicated to achieve sales goals
  • Studies and fulfills territory coverage plan which defines the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals
  • Adjusts plan to meet coverage gaps
  • Qualifications

  • Education : Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Similar
  • 3 years experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or Commercial roles.
  • Intermediate English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills are required
