We are looking for our first Contract Technical Recruiter in Cordoba, Argentina . This individual will support all of Engineering and Support roles.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating and maintaining strong relationships with internal hiring managers and will be responsible for developing pipeline channels and leveraging our ATS, social media and other recruiting resources to identify qualified candidates.
This role will report into the Human Resources Manager. Your Day-to-day : You will be part of a high performing, highly collaborative recruiting team, partnering with a dynamic set of engineering leaders who are developing some of the most cutting edge technology.
You will partner directly with hiring VP's, Directors and Managers.Make an impact with your strong talent partner skills.
The typical talent you will help recruit includes Full Stack Developers / Engineers, QA Automation Engineers, Data Scientists, SRE / Ops, Engineering Managers and Directors, and other roles.
