Job Characteristics

  • Studies, analyzes and processes information related to the compensation of employees based on their positions and other compensable factors.
  • Maintains the compensation information system and organizes data for generating compensation reports.
  • Writes job descriptions and performs job evaluations.
  • Prepares and conducts compensation surveys analyzing results to determine their impact.

    Minimum Qualifications

    1) Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Business

    2) Three to five years of experience.

    3) May have an advanced degree in Industrial Relations or Business and fewer than two years of experience.

    4) fluent in spoken and written spanih and english
