check tool and DPM's routine dashboard.
Guarantee sales reports' and tools assistance deliverable by the deadlines defined by the National Off Premise area, besides supporting the regional Business Units on the management of this information with the managers and field force.
Keep the Operational SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) under control through sales planning and forecasts, as the analysis of small variations vs.
target. Keep the financial price under control through price architecture management and analysing national variations vs.
target. Support the financial planning with sales and price reports.
Support the Business Plan process and reviews, consolidating all the sales information through reports and tools, assisting manager decisions with special analysis.
Support the Channel Strategy with periodic analysis, assist development of commercial plans and validate results.
Guarantee the sales data integrity between Distributors and Red Bull giving all assistance (training, technical support) to adapt their systems to attend our BI file processes, uploading trade sales information.
Manage the BI system as user's access, upload processes, reports and development upgrades, new DP's implementation, interface with other systems and interface with the Headquarter to fix issues.
Train national and regional users on the sales reports and sales tool, as well as identify knowledge gaps.
