    Main Responsibilities :

  • Defines vehicle electrical architecture.
  • Supports MECA2 controller implementation with focus on architecture reusability.
  • Owns integration of electrical subsystem.
  • Responsible for the content in the full vehicle schematic.
  • Represents electrical team during PDP programs.
  • Collaborates and leverages harness, routing, and systems teams to develop common solutions across platforms.
  • Proposes cost reduction initiatives for electrical subsystem.
  • Owns ETNs and workflow for all electrical components (except harnesses).
  • Tracks and resolves corrective actions through 8D methodology.
  • Collaborates with PV&V for data collection and solution verification.
  • Supports cross-functional team during product development and continuous improvement activities.
  • Travel availability up to 15%
  • What Skills You Need :

  • 1.5+ years of experience with development & integration of electrical systems (controller, sensors, and actuators).
  • Electrical design and sensing systems knowledge.
  • Understanding and appropriate usage of controller I / O.
  • Electrical component selection knowledge.
  • EPDP knowledge & experience.
  • Highly organized & attention to detail.
  • Analysis and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication and written skills (Spanish & English).
  • What Makes You Stand Out :

  • 3+ years of experience in electrical design & integration.
  • CI knowledge & experience (factory support, warranty analysis, cost reduction & feature improvements).
  • Electrical component development experience.
  • Electrical instrumentation & testing knowledge.
  • Software, mechanical, or hydraulic experience.
  • Agricultural machinery knowledge.
  • Familiar with agricultural practices.
  • Education : Mechatronics Engineering - Digital Systems & Robotics Engineering - Electrical Engineering.
