For this role you will be a part of The Other Guys, a gaming studio who recently joined Gameloft. The Other Guys specialized in the production of captivating interactive series with the premier launch of Linda Brown, and subsequently the platform Journeys, allowing users to immerse themselves in unique TV-like experiences with other 23 engaging series.

The Other Guys is expanding and we are looking to strengthen the marketing team for our games with an organic growth specialist (via Google Play Store and Apple App Store tools).
If you are taking your first steps or already have some experience (ASO / SEO, social media, etc.) we would like to meet you.
Daily Tasks :
Operate our games by optimizing the product pages in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store (App Store Optimization) with the aim of maximizing organic traffic and the conversion rate of VISITS over INSTALLATIONS.
Development, execution and monitoring of the organic growth strategy for all our games on both platforms, in all currently published languages (EN-ES-FR-IT-PT-DE).
Product pages : Creation, maintenance and optimization of all the elements that impact the positioning algorithm; short description, full description, keywords, icon, screenshots, game trailer and more (multiple languages).
A / B testing strategy : hypothesis design, development tracking, test execution and monitoring to increase downloads and keep products relevant.
Internal reporting : share the results of the experiments with the marketing and product team to provide learning / trends to the other areas.
KPI monitoring : Daily monitoring of key business indicators such as; Store page conversion rate, organic installs, app ranking, etc.
Benchmarking : Monthly reports that help identify trends and strategies implemented in the main competitors of our games.
Excellent verbal and written communication (Spanish and English).
Ability to analyze the communicational aspects of the competition and be able to transfer the analysis to concrete ideas / proposals for improvements in our games.
Oriented to the observation of data with basic-intermediate handling of Excel / Google Spreadsheets.
Organized to be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work under time pressure.
Creativity, innovation and interest in new trends.
Independence, good time management and ability to organize work.
Availability to share ideas and participate in brainstorming.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, positioning, etc.) would be a plus.
