THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Key Account Executive to our SMB team in Buenos Aires !

YOUR IMPACT

The role of a Key Account Executive is to understand our clients' journey, ensuring that all their needs are met and, at the same time, seeking opportunities to leverage business.

  • Responsible for the contract renewal process;
  • Strategic management of our clients' indicators : financial analysis, monitoring
  • sales results and creation of strategies to maximize results;
  • Planning and implementing actions with customers to generate increased sales, such as : activations in customer units, digital campaigns, incentive campaigns, etc;
  • Propose improvements in processes, ensuring that the operation and daily routines are aligned with customer expectations;
  • Mediating conflicts, proposing a solution that satisfies the customer and the business;
  • Identify new opportunities with existing customers;
  • Extract and analyze data to transform them into relevant information;
  • WHO YOU ARE

  • Previous experience in Relationship, Sales and Client Success will be considered differentials;
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proactive, organized, agile and independent profile, who knows how to deal with pressure and changes constants;
  • Good communicator
  • Resilient
  • Great interpersonal relationship
